Seminars & Training
The best tools for getting a better job are education and training. Seminars and training in a variety of areas may be available to you! If you are enrolled in school you may be eligible to receive assistance with class tuition, childcare, transportation, books and fees and much, much more!

One-on-One Counseling
Full-time professionals are available to help you. These experts are happy to answer questions, provide direction, give instructions and/or give advice. Their job is to help you find what you need to get a job. See what else you may qualify for.
Career Assessment
Do you need help deciding what job is right for you? Please check out all the available tools that can be used to assist you in finding the right job. WORKFORCE CENTRAL FLORIDA provides a variety of career assessment tools to help users identify their skills and determine which jobs suit their personality and training.
Resource Room
Think of the Resource Room as an office for job seekers! The following resources are available as space and usage permits during normal business hours:
- Fax, Copier and Telephone
- Computer and Printer
- Basic Office Software (Word and Excel)
- Resume Software
- Internet Access and Self-Service Job Referrals
- Labor Market Information and Job-Related Periodicals
- Interest Inventories, Basic Skills and Aptitude Testing
The room is staffed by full-time professionals. The Resource Room Coordinator and Resource Room Technician are experts in the use of all resource room materials. Get to know them - they are happy to answer questions, provide direction, give instructions and render assistance or advice. Their job is to help you find your own job.
In addition, our Resource Rooms are staffed by computer professionals who can help you learn how to use Word processing and basic spreadsheet applications.
