WIA Program

Fulfilling your dreams requires a plan of action. At WORKFORCE CENTRAL FLORIDA, you choose a path you'd like to take and we help map it out for you.

Your plan will be clearly identified in your own private passport. As you complete each activity, your passport will be stamped and you can move on to the next activity on your list!

Here are a few examples of the types of activities that may appear on your passport:

• Attend WORKFORCE CENTRAL FLORIDA’S Orientation and register for work
• Apply for at least three jobs in your area of interest
• Complete an Initial Interest Inventory
• Attend a seminar at the center
• Receive one-on-one counseling from our trained Career Managers and develop your Individual Employment Plan
• Receive a scholarship for training
